convenient locationcomfortable staydated buildingpoor soundproofing
i found the location quite convenient (especially for exploring the city center). the room was clean and offered a comfortable stay for the duration.
The hotel building looked quite dated and could use some refurbishment. soundproofing was also an issue. I could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms.

early check-in was very helpful, and the receptionist was really kind. breakfast was tasty and offered high-quality food. the staff always helped when needed. breakfast venue selection offered food and drinks of a very high standard.
The shower wasn't very comfortable. Water eventually ended up everywhere after showering.

the receptionist was very nice and helpful , and solved a problem with wi-fi. the lady showing me the way to my room was very kind. staff was always on hand should anything be needed.

the location is pretty good, close to public transport and the historic part of town. the hotel is close to shops and restaurants and minutes from tram stops. it's straight in the city center too.

my room was heated just right, and the bed was comfy, allowing a perfect temperature. the room was located in another building, with a super fancy bathroom. it's a 2 minute walk from the main hotel.
